Itinerary
From first check-in to the ride home, the whole day stays moving
Phase 1
6:45 AM to 7:20 AM
Arrival and check-in
Students arrive at Palazzio, check in, receive a chaperone-color wristband, pick up their itinerary, and grab a snack bag with chips, fruit snacks, water, and a mint.
Phase 2
Morning bus ride
Travel and bus activities
The ride includes trivia, games, and prize moments designed to help students loosen up and connect before the game.
Phase 3
10:20 AM to 11:30 AM
Tailgate hangout
About an hour of tailgate time with games, conversation, and group energy before packing up around 11:20 AM.
Phase 4
11:30 AM onward
Game entry and kickoff
Students go through security, use restrooms, find their seats, buy food if they want, and watch warmups with their chaperone groups.
Phase 5
About 30 minutes
Ice cream stop
An optional stop where students can buy ice cream, relax, and keep the conversation going.
Phase 6
Return before 10:00 PM
Ride home
The trip closes out with the bus ride back and a full-day memory students can share with new friends.
